Harry Reid (D-NV) finally released his "secret deal" to the public this morning [Saturday, Dec. 19]. It will serve as a substitute for the decoy that was the 2,074-page bill the Senate has been debating for the past three weeks.

Reid also claimed that he has his necessary 60-vote minimum in light of Senator Ben Nelson (D-NE) caving in to accept watered-down abortion funding language and announcing his support to end debate.

Harry Reid's Manager's Amendment makes only slight cosmetic changes to this overwhelmingly unpopular legislation, as it still:

* Costs almost $1 trillion - $871 billion (and that's CBO's modest estimate not factoring in the full ten years after it goes into effect), 

* Cuts Medicare by hundreds of billions of dollars,

* Raises and imposes a vast array of new taxes on the American people, Allows for federal funding of abortion,

* Retains the CLASS Act (which the Democrat Chairman of the Budget Committee has described as nothing more than a "Ponzi Scheme"),

* Massively expands Medicaid, giving special treatment to a select few states so that taxpayers in VA, AR, and OH will have to pay higher taxes to subsidize the Medicaid program of a favored few, such as NE, MA, and VT.

WASHINGTON: A Republican congresswoman, who has been in the forefront of the fight against the healthcare bill, the climate control bill and other contentious measures, warned in animpromptu interview on Breitbart.tv Thursday evening, that a fast-tracked, under-the-radar mega-bill by Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., designed to overhaul the regulation of the entire financial services industry – and headed at the time for passage by the House -- is “even worse.”

“I know that’s hard to believe, but it is worse in the sense that every American makes financial transactions,” said Michele Bachmann, who represents the people of Minnesota’s Sixth Congressional District. “We all use credit cards, we all write checks. This will all now be controlled by government, and government will ration credit. You can’t have capitalism without capital, and government will decide who gets capital and who doesn’t.”

“The entirety of this bill -- all pinned together like this -- hasn’t even gone through committees,” Bachmann said. “It just went on the floor for three hours of debate. It’s a complete government control of the financial services industry and no one knows about it!”

They do now. Late Friday, despite a surprisingly unanimous Republican opposition, the House approved H.R. 4173: The Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2009. The vote was 223-202, with not a single Republican voting in favor and 27 Democrats voting No. Two Republicans who were present did not vote.

The super-size measure of 1,279 pages (1,500 with amendments), is actually a package of several bills, which when “pinned together”, as Bachmann puts it, exponentially extends the power of the federal government over banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.

Frank, who heads the House Financial Services Committee, “created the package to serve as a vehicle for getting many major financial services bills, including a systemic risk regulation overhaul, an overhaul of derivatives market regulation, consumer protection measures, a measure restricting executive compensation, and a measure that would create a Federal Insurance Office, through the House quickly,” National Underwriter, a trade publication for the insurance industry, reported.

“Quickly” is the operative word here. As a hedge against possible derailment, Frank did not introduce his bill until Dec. 2, then kept it under wraps until Dec. 8 to ensure the least amount of time for review and debate by House members.

Now H.R. 4173 is in the Senate, and if passed there and signed into law would usher in what CNN describes as “the most sweeping set of changes to the banking regulatory system since the New Deal.”

The changes include creation of a Consumer Financial Protection Agency (CFPA) to (Title IV), with authority to make decisions for consumers about the kinds of mortgages, small business loans and other financial products they may access. Another innovation is a new bureaucracy called the Financial Services Oversight Council (FSOC) tasked with determining which companies are supposedly at risk and could undermine financial market stability (Title I, Subtitle G).

“We are sending a clear message to Wall Street, the party is over. Never again will reckless behavior on the part of the few threaten the fiscal stability of our people," said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi at a press conference following the bill’s passage. "The legislation will finally protect Main Street from the worst of Wall Street."

But Rep. Jeb Hensarling from Dallas, the top Republican on the Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit Subcommittee of the House Financial Services Committee and an outspoken critic of government super-spending, blasted the measure as “an assault on the fundamental economic liberties of the American citizen.”

“You want a home mortgage -- now you have to get the approval of the federal government,” Hensarling exclaimed. “You want to offer a credit product? The federal government again. You build a successful business -- it can be torn down unless you go to the federal government on bended knee."

A $150 Billion Slush Fund

Although H.R. 4173 was kept out-of-sight, once unveiled critics quickly analyzed its provisions and sent letters to House members urging rejection, which may account for the universal thumbs-down by Republican lawmakers and some Democrats.

Andrew Moylan, Director of Government Affairs for the National Taxpayers Union, in an open letter dated Dec. 10, called on the House to “reject bailouts, taxes, and onerous regulations in H.R. 4173.”

Moylan writes: “Perhaps most disturbingly, the bill raises taxes in order to provide a permanent, $150 billion slush fund to the newly created Financial Services Oversight Council, whose bureaucrats could bail out private institutions at their whims. The American people have been outraged by the failures of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), and yet H.R. 4173 would establish a ‘mini-TARP’ which could potentially have even less accountability and greater moral hazard. Investors will gain no certainty from such an arrangement.”

And Matt Kibbe, President and CEO of FreedomWorks, deploredthe “new fees, regulations, and reporting requirements,” the legislation requires, and warned it would threaten jobs, global competitiveness, and economic growth.

“At the same time, the legislation creates sweeping new powers for the federal government.” Kibbe said. “Ultimately, consumers may bear the brunt of the legislation. For example, regulations released by a new consumer protection agency may have unintended consequences that reduce access to credit while raising the price of credit.”

On Thursday, Bachman, a member of the House Financial Services Committee, took a few minutes from the fight on the House floor to talk by telephone with Scott Baker, co-host of the B-Cast on Breitbart.tv, about H.R. 4173. It was during this interview that she described the measure as being worse than the healthcare bill.

According to Bachmann the bill makes bailout permanent and gives the president the authority to make future bailouts at his own discretion.

“He never again has to come back to Congress to get money,” she said. 

“He can just go straight to the Treasury, pull out all the money he wants for a favored industry. ... His [credit] czar could place a private business on the systemic risk list – doesn’t have to be a failing business, could be a healthy business -- and the president can bail out anyone that he wants to.”

Bachmann noted that the financial services sector represents 15 percent of the nation’s economy, and some analysts have estimated that since Obama took office, 30 percent of the economy has been brought under federal control and essentially nationalized.

Said Bachmann: “If President Obama gets his way and has government take over healthcare, that’s another 18 percent – 48 percent of the economy the government will have been taken over. The financial services sector is another 15 percent of the economy. If they succeed in [passing H.R. 4173], and if they succeed in taking over the energy sector with the national energy tax, that’s 69 to 70 percent of the economy they will have taken over in less than 18 months.

“So it isn’t that socialism has occurred in our lifetime, it’s in the last 18 months!” she exclaimed.

“Melt the Phone Lines”

As she has been doing in her ongoing fight against the healthcare bill, the congresswoman reached out beyond her district and asked Americans for help – this time to “melt the phone lines” in the offices of their representative and U.S. senators and urge them to vote against H.R. 4173.

“We need people to melt the phone lines of their House members before Friday,” she said. “So here it is Thursday. We need people to be melting the phone lines in the House saying ‘do not vote for Barney Frank’s bill.’ But after that people will have to focus on their senators and tell them “do not vote to have the government take over financial services.”

Baker asked Bachmann if she thought phone calls to members of Congress are effective.

“Absolutely,” she answered. A barrage of phone calls ties up the staff in the offices, which makes them “extremely nervous” but gets the legislator’s attention.

Bachmann said she believes bills like H.R. 4173 can be defeated – though it will take a huge effort.

“I don’t think it’s inevitable that any of this legislation passes,” she said. 

“It’s not inevitable. Can we fight? Yes. Can we win? Yes. But we have to fight with everything that’s in us. I won’t shade this in a pretty shade. This is going to be a difficult fight, but it’s worth it. It’s worth pouring everything else that we have into it.”

“We're the beacons. We're it. If the U.S. goes down, where do we go? What other nation do we go to?” she asked her listeners.

I refuse to accept the Unconstitutional and Fascist Government put into power by the FASCIST INSURRECTION and will resist these Traitorous Usurpers who make War on us in every possible way.

I expect to be taken out, one way or the other for this, or if my writing is effective in helping to defeat the Insurrection of our Republic, and the looting of trillions of dollars; but I won’t lose much of my allotted time to live because the unconstitutional stimulus bill has been passed directing that us old people be killed by denial of care.

The Super Rich Elitist Families, who hide from public exposure, control both political parties and have instituted a comprehensive INSURRECTION of our Republic by putting Traitors into all branches and levels of government who support unconstitutional laws, repress and loot our people while denying us the Rule of Law.

Let’s get one thing absolutely clear, “Barack Obama is not the Constitutional President of the United States for the simple fact that he refuses to meet the Constitutional requirements to be President” PERIOD. He is a usurper, puppet, criminal and traitor in the office because not a single official or judge at any level of government, nor any member of the media, or party leader would dare challenge the Elite Super Rich Families who pull Obama’s strings and pay them.

It is TREASON and INSURRECTION when Usurpers routinely enact and enforce Unconstitutional laws and otherwise commit criminal acts that loot and destroy our Republic while depriving us of our constitutional rights. For their ill gotten gains, they have made war on the people, and for that there is a sure and certain retribution in common law and in hell.

Every Monetary and Financial action taken, or proposed by this government, excluding parts of the recurring budget, are unconstitutional, and will facilitate the looting of this country by traitors resulting in total economic collapse, third world status and Fascism.

There is no possible upside to be found in the history of Economic Theory and Practice; every action taken is designed to destroy and loot our economy. As an Economist, I read 10-15 articles a day by other Economists I respect, and they all reinforce what I just said. The talking heads in government, big business and the media are mostly well paid liars, who know they are lying for money and power.

Elitist Super Rich Families controlled Presidents Bush, Clinton, Bush and now Obama which allows them to loot this country, and every man, woman and child to the point of abject poverty. Their objective is obvious for all to see from their actions—destruction of America resulting in Fascism and Slavery. In fact the Elitist Families have been controlling the Progressives, Communists, Fascists and Marxists in both Democrat and Republican parties for at least 100 years. They can do this because they own our Officials and judges, the Federal Reserve Bank, large Corporations thru tax free foundations, the Media and most everything else of value in the world. Recent studies show that just a few criminal families control most of the world’s stock and 100% of our Federal reserve bank.

Our entire election process, from nomination to election was fraudulent because it was controlled by the elitist owned propaganda media, unlimited funding, vote fraud and intimidation by Acorn and Union “rent a mobs”.

A delicate and temporary balance now exists in this country between Patriots and the Traitors in the Insurrection. If one side or the other should upset this balance before the traitors surrender, the result will be a civil war on the order of the French Revolution when many Americans will die, but the traitors will all be dead. The Usurpers have initiated their criminal actions against the American People and must realize that they have committed treason without a constitutional leg to stand on; their actions are criminal and untenable , and everyone knows it, they overplayed their hand. Many in Congress who support this Fascist Insurrection and Unconstitutional laws are even afraid to meet with their constituents.

We will proceed to defeat this INSURRECTION in several ways simultaneously with the Rule of Law. The most Obvious is to force Obama to prove he is constitutionally qualified; and when he fails, everything he has done is null and void and we will proceed with countless criminal prosecutions against him and his associates, including most Officials and of course the Elite Super Rich Families who for the first time in history will be called to account. Next we will proceed to do everything possible to defeat every traitorous member of congress so we can impeach those we did not defeat. We will fire or impeach every single corrupt judge at every level; especially those who refused us access to the judicial system to settle the issue of Obama’s qualifications and those who allowed Obama to unconstitutionally nationalize private corporations while rewarding his Union supporters at the expense of others during bankruptcy proceedings.

“To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the laws of The union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;” The preceding is a direct quotation from the Constitution of the United States and requires the cooperation of only one state government. This is not the established National Guard. The Militia has the specific constitutional responsibilities as indicated, and should be able to arrest and prosecute traitors without interference from military or police units unless those units were willing to commit treason. This Militia is not independent and takes orders from the state. Our military could have demanded proof from Obama ; but they chose instead to punish subordinates who demanded proof. Our top military officers are a disgrace with a total lack of testicular fortitude. Unlike the military, the Militia will not take orders from an unlawful pretender President.

Tea Parties are great, but home delivery of your Contempt is more Effective. 

As Ron Ewart said, you must show our Traitors the great depth of your contempt and loathing, up close and personal, where they cannot ignore reality. This also means the legal picketing of homes and offices of government and media officials using the same tactics that Acorn used on the Bankers resulting in the economic meltdown. Our Federal Government has unconstitutionally taken powers from the people and the states. Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr, a leading Constitutional Scholar and writer on this subject said “1. Identify a State in which a sizeable segment of the population will support—yea, will demand—two measures:

(a) regaining the Power of the Purse through the introduction of an alternative-currency system based on silver and gold; and

(b) regaining the Power of the Sword through revitalization of “the Militia of the several States” in that State.”

President Calderon and the Catholic Church of Mexico have demanded an end to United States government corruption and protection of drug traffickers by the highest levels of government power. Reported by Michael Webster, americanchronicale.com.

Back on Uncle Sam's Plantation

Six years ago I wrote a book called "Uncle Sam's Plantation." I wrote the book to tell my own story of what I saw living inside the welfare state and my own transformation out of it.

I said in that book that indeed there are two Americas. A poor America on socialism and a wealthy America on capitalism.I talked about government programs like Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Job Opportunities and Basic Skills Training (JOBS), Emergency Assistance to Needy Families with Children (EANF), Section 8 Housing, and Food Stamps.

A vast sea of perhaps well intentioned government programs, all initially set into motion in the 1960's, that were going to lift the nation's poor out of poverty.A benevolent Uncle Sam welcomed mostly poor black Americans onto the government plantation. Those who accepted the invitation switched mindsets from "How do I take care of myself?" to "What do I have to do to stay on the plantation? 

"Instead of solving economic problems, government welfare socialism created monstrous moral and spiritual problems. The kind of problems that are inevitable when individuals turn responsibility for their lives over to others. 

The legacy of American socialism is our blighted inner cities, dysfunctional inner city schools, and broken black families.

Through God's grace, I found my way out. It was then that I understood what freedom meant and how great this country is.

I had the privilege of working on welfare reform in 1996, passed by a Republican congress and signed into law by a Democrat president. A few years after enactment, welfare roles were down fifty percent.

I thought we were on the road to moving socialism out of our poor black communities and replacing it with wealth producing American capitalism. But, incredibly, we are going in the opposite direction. 

Instead of poor America on socialism becoming more like rich American on capitalism, rich America on capitalism is becoming like poor America on socialism.

Uncle Sam has welcomed our banks onto the plantation and they have said, "Thank you, Suh."Now, instead of thinking about what creative things need to be done to serve customers, they are thinking about what they have to tell Massah in order to get their cash.

There is some kind of irony that this is all happening under our first black president on the 200th anniversary of the birthday of Abraham Lincoln.Worse, socialism seems to be the element of our new young president. And maybe even more troubling, our corporate executives seem happy to move onto the plantation.In an op-ed on the opinion page of the Washington Post, Mr. Obama is clear that the goal of his trillion dollar spending plan is much more than short term economic stimulus."

This plan is more than a prescription for short-term spending-it's a strategy for America's long-term growth and opportunity in areas such as renewable energy, health care, and education.

"Perhaps more incredibly, Obama seems to think that government taking over an economy is a new idea. Or that massive growth in government can take place "with unprecedented transparency and accountability.

"Yes, sir, we heard it from Jimmy Carter when he created the Department of Energy, the Synfuels Corporation, and the Department of Education. 

Or how about the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 -- The War on Poverty -- which President Johnson said "...does not merely expand old programs or improve what is already being done. It charts a new course. It strikes at the causes, not just the consequences of poverty. 

"Trillions of dollars later, black poverty is the same. But black families are not, with triple the incidence of single parent homes and out of wedlock births.

It's not complicated. Americans can accept Barack Obama's invitation to move onto the plantation. Or they can choose personal responsibility and freedom.

Does anyone really need to think about what the choice should be?

Governments, local, county, state or federal, are artificial entities created by the people. Governments, collective organizations, were created to protect the life, liberty and property of each and every person.

Frederic Bastiat said: “If every person has the right to defend even by force — his person, his liberty, and his property, then it follows that a group of men have the right to organize and support a common force to protect these rights constantly. Thus the principle of collective right — its reason for existing, its lawfulness — is based on individual right. And the common force that protects this collective right cannot logically have any other purpose or any other mission than that for which it acts as a substitute. Thus, since an individual cannot lawfully use force against the person, liberty, or property of another individual, then the common force — for the same reason — cannot lawfully be used to destroy the person, liberty, or property of individuals or groups.”[1]

Individuals cannot transfer rights or powers they do not inherently possess to an artificial government entity. One cannot bestow a right or privilege that one does not possess – those powers that each and every person possessed prior to the establishment of said government. Individuals may not legally plunder the property or resources of others, kill people, impose moral sanctions, or a plethora of other regulations, public and private extortions that governments regularly engage in.

Bastiat said: “Force has been given to us to defend our own individual rights. Who will dare to say that force has been given to us to destroy the equal rights of our brothers? Since no individual acting separately can lawfully use force to destroy the rights of others, does it not logically follow that the same principle also applies to the common force that is nothing more than the organized combination of the individual forces?”[2]

The government, constitutionally, is limited only to those functions in which an individual citizen has a right to act. The government has derived its powers from the governed. People cannot delegate powers it does not possess to its creation. John Locke explained the concept: “For nobody can transfer to another more power than he has in himself and nobody has an absolute arbitrary power over himself, or over any other, to destroy his own life, or take away the life of property of another.”[3]

For instance, if Citizen A has a vehicle and Citizen B doesn’t, Citizen B cannot arbitrarily seize citizen A’s vehicle. That would be stealing! Citizen B, despite the fact that he may lust after Citizen A’s vehicle, cannot legally delegate a government entity to take Citizen A’s vehicle in his behalf. If the government usurps such authority, that would constitute public plundering – the road to tyranny. America is obviously well down that road, given the current pandemic public plundering sanctioned and facilitated by the government.

The vehicle analogy is also applicable to car dealerships, many of which are being illegally seized and transferred to other parties. The following letter appeared in a Florida newspaper in late May 2009: “My name is George C. Joseph. I am the sole owner of Sunshine Dodge-Isuzu, a family owned and operated business in Melbourne, Florida. My family bought and paid for this automobile franchise 35 years ago in 1974. I am the second generation to manage this business. We currently employ 50+ people and before the economic slowdown we employed over 70 local people. We are active in the community and the local chamber of commerce. We deal with several dozen local vendors on a day to day basis and many more during a month. All depend on our business for part of their livelihood. We are financially strong with great respect in the market place and community. We have strong local presence and stability. I work every day the store is open, nine to ten hours a day. I know most of our customers and all our employees. Sunshine Dodge is my life. On Thursday, May 14, 2009 I was notified that my Dodge franchise, that we purchased, will be taken away from my family on June 9, 2009 without compensation and given to another dealer at no cost to them. My new vehicle inventory consists of 125 vehicles with a financed balance of 3 million dollars. This inventory becomes impossible to sell with no factory incentives beyond June 9, 2009. Without the Dodge franchise we can no longer sell a new Dodge as "new," nor will we be able to do any warranty service work. Additionally, my Dodge parts inventory, (approximately $300,000.) is virtually worthless without the ability to perform warranty service. There is no offer from Chrysler to buy back the vehicles or parts inventory. Our facility was recently totally renovated at Chrysler's insistence, incurring a multi-million dollar debt in the form of a mortgage at Sun Trust Bank. HOW IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CAN THIS HAPPEN? THIS IS A PRIVATE BUSINESS NOT A GOVERNMENT ENTITY. This is beyond imagination! My business is being stolen from me through NO FAULT OF OUR OWN. We did NOTHING wrong. This atrocity will most likely force my family into bankruptcy. This will also cause our 50+ employees to be unemployed. How will they provide for their families? This is a total economic disaster. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN IN A FREE MARKET ECONOMY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?

I am certain that George Joseph is just one of many dealers whose businesses have been seized by major car manufacturers, sanctioned by the bankers directing the current administration’s spoils system of rewarding campaign contributors, friends and corporate allies. This is a blatant Communistic redistribution of property. The Elite have no loyalties – other than to each other.

Unfortunately, government power was usurped long ago by the Elite, the majority of them lawyers, who impose laws favorable to themselves and their corporate cohorts but disastrous to the common citizen. To keep us fighting among ourselves, the Elite fashioned political parties. The sincere Republican and Democrat citizens are so preoccupied blaming the specific parties that they fail to recognize that the Elite within both parties utilize the spoils system – no matter which party is in power.

Politicians are like professional wrestlers with orchestrated differences who choreograph their moves and celebrate after each match. Citizens naively believe the rhetoric because we hope things will improve while government Elites of both parties plunder our lives, liberties and pockets. We have all become enslaved and ransacked by a government that was “hired” to protect us from such egregious abuse.

In the 1700s the term “slave’ was applied to all indentured servants. Both black and white servants were granted their freedom as serving a specified length of time – typically seven years. Black and white slaves worked, lived, and played together, apparently indifferent to skin color differences. Racism was absent. That mutual acceptance was artificially altered when the minority colonial Elites, concerned about possible rebellion from the majority non-voting lower classes, took firm measures to divide poor whites and blacks “both socially and economically.” The bulk of society was composed of servants, landless tenants or small yeomen who owned inconsequential land that the Elite didn’t want. The Elite established a “divide and conquer” tactic that is still very much in place in most societies.[4]

Historian Edmund S. Morgan pointed out, “For those with eyes to see, there was an obvious lesson in the rebellion. Resentment of an alien race might be more powerful than resentment of an upper class.”[5]

Edward Bernays, the grand master of propaganda stated: “We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized.”[6]

The government and their compliant corporate press mold and manage our perceptions and prefer that we focus our anger and attention on numerous distractions – the illegal aliens, illusive terrorists, same-sex marriages, welfare recipients, North Korean testing, whether the CIA lied or was it Pelosi, Islamic fundamentalism, whether torture photos should be released or the current Supreme Court nominee, as if one court appointment can change the political landscape. The fact is that the government Elite set up this entire environment of contention to divert our attention from their treacherous unconstitutional, criminal activities – in both parties. This is all part of America’s drive into a One World Order, now hyper accelerated under the current administration.

You might ask – how did government Elites create the current environment. Decades ago the government abandoned the constitutional principles of non entanglement with foreign countries. Government officials are no longer public servants but private servants to deep-pocketed multinational corporations whose money keeps ego-driven politicians in power. Those same multinational corporations control the media flow of information in order to keep the people in an ignorant trance. Character-challenged politicians, mesmerized by power and money, cater to the insatiable greed of the privileged Elite under the pretext of spreading democracy, ousting cruel dictators, restricting the spread of Communism, Nazism, Fascism or terrorism.

The CIA created al Qaeda, the database and instigated Islamic fundamentalism by training 100,000 fundamentalist Muslim Mujahadeen. The CIA-friendly Zbigniew Brzezinski revealed that, unbeknownst to the American public and Congress, that Trilateralist Jimmy Carter authorized $500 million on July 3, 1979 to create an international terrorist movement that would spread Islamic fundamentalism throughout Central Asia in order to destabilize the Soviet Union, another made-in-America enemy that had served the purpose of its creation and now had to be dismantled. The CIA called this Operation Cyclone and functioned from 1979 to 1989 at a cost of $20-30 million per year beginning in 1980 which rose to $630 million per year in 1987. The U.S. poured another $4 billion into setting up Islamic training schools in Pakistan (Taliban means student). Young zealots were recruited and sent to the CIA's spy training camp in Virginia, where future members of al Qaeda were taught sabotage skills – terrorism. Young Afghans, Egyptian and Jordanian Arabs and some African American Muslims were instructed in the latest sabotage skills.[7]

Taxpayer funds financed the I-hate-America textbooks for Muslim students. Prior to 1967, Islamic fundamentalism was a relatively small movement. In the early 1980’s, the U.S. Agency for International Development (AID) gave a taxpayer funded grant to the University of Nebraska-Omaha and it’s Center for Afghanistan Studies to develop specialized textbooks. For more than twenty years the U.S. spent millions of dollars producing fanatical Islamic schoolbooks for distribution in Afghanistan, a country now known for its terrorist training camps. The schoolbooks, used throughout the 1990s for the country’s core curriculum, included illustrations of guns, bullets, soldiers, and mines to indoctrinate young minds towards violent destruction. Who authorized this hateful instruction for young impressionable minds?[8]

For $190,000 a year, Donald Rumsfeld sat on the board and “attended nearly all of the board meetings” of the Swiss-based ABB Company between 1990 and February 2001.[9] In 2000 (based on a Clinton era contract) ABB sold $200 million worth of components to North Korea to allow construction of two nuclear reactors. Currently, there are concerns about their activities. In December 1983 and again in March 1984, Ronald Reagan sent his personal emissary, Donald Rumsfeld, a former Secretary of Defense, to meet with Saddam Hussein along with Reagan’s handwritten note. This first meeting, on December 20, 1983, was for the reestablishment of diplomatic relations between Iraq and the United States, the first since the 1967 war. We formally restored diplomatic relations with Iraq in November 1984. Then, Rumsfeld and his corporate cronies secretly supplied Saddam's military with the components to build chemical and biological weapons. Rumsfeld is just one example from dozens of Elites who repeatedly shift from boardroom to government office while stuffing their pockets from both positions.

David Rockefeller admitted in his relatively-recent book: “For more than a century, ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”[10] What further proof do we need of a pervasive conspiracy – just look at the mounting evidence and forget the mesmerizing, feel-good political jargon emanating from Washington.

Keyes: Stop Obama or U.S. will cease to exist

Alan Keyes, a three-time presidential candidate, called President Obama a radical communist and a usurper and said with him in charge, America is going to cease to exist .

Now there are many fronts on which I do not agree with Mr. Keyes, as he has come out in support of "Islamic fascism", which does not exist, but in this video he makes some very valid points, and I totally agree. In reality, we should be afraid of the global fascist regime of the international central bankers and the UN threat of Agenda 21... global cummunitarianism under the guise of "sustainable living" funded by Obama's proposed Global Carbon Tax.

The German Philosopher Johann Von Goethe, once said, there are none more hopelessly enslaved, than those who falsely believe they are free. Every person in the civilized world is enslaved from childhood in a prison without walls or bars few realize The legal definition of free is not subject to the legal constraint of another. The New York Times misses a Monsanto coup over organic farming set in motion by Hillary Clinton

The New York Times ran on a piece on CSAs doing well despite the economy.

Forgive me, I am so boggled by the ironies that my computer is stuttering.

The New York Times is in New York state which is responsible for the fact that CSAs are actually in terrible trouble and that trouble stems directly from a New York source, Hillary Clinton.  She pushed a centralized Food Safety Department when she ran for president, one that would bring together the USDA and FDA, giving them vastly more power over food.  Both agencies are grossly corrupted by Monsanto so the multiplication of power accrues powerfully to Monsanto.

Senator Clinton is deeply, historically connected to Monsanto. And her and Bill Clinton's association with Monsanto has not been good for the safety of American food and our democracy,and the two are inextricably linked.  Her long time advisor and campaign strategist was Mark Penn, CEO of Burson-Marsteller, one of the world's largest PR firms representing Monsanto (Blackwater, ExxonMobil of the Alaska spill, Union Carbide of the Bhopal disaster, the Argentinian junta ...).

The astounding name of one of the bills is so absurd and totalitarian in both its use of fear and its infinite reach, it should have been rejected outright based solely on that:

H. R. 814 "Tracing and Recalling Agricultural Contamination Everywhere Act of 2009."

In addition, there is HB875 and a Senate bill introduced by Sherrod Brown. The supporters of H. R. 814 were all strong supporters for president (as was Sherrod Brown).

On November 26, 2007, DeGette announced her endorsement of Senator Hillary Clinton for president, and was named national co-chair of Clinton's Health Care Policy Task Force and adviser on stem-cell research.

Nadler endorsed Clinton for president. In essence, the bills entail a hidden takeover and then forced industrialization of small farming - and that would include organic CSAs - by the industrial side.

Here is a farmer's alert to his local anti-NAIS group:

Hello friends, Have you all read federal HB814 and HB875? If not better take a look.  Seems we are looking at NAIS on steroids.

814 is bad, 875 is awful, it creates a new food safety department that seems to take some power from USDA&FDA and who knows what else?

It has language in it that appears to turn our farms into food production facilitys and allows them to decide our feed ratios and types as well as our animal health regime and whether or not and with what we can fertilize our ground, sounds worse than NAIS to me, the wording is vague and probably intentionally so. [My emphasis.]

This is the end of organic farming.

There is no frontal assault, it is done insidiously, through "entering" it and using government regulations and criminal penalties ($500,000 and 10 years in prison) to simply make it industrial.  And for the well-being of Monsanto and industrial agricultural corporations, it will require purchase of agrochemical and pharmaceuticals.

Quite simply, one government required spraying of pesticides and an organic farm, no matter how productive and safe, is finished instantly.

The shell will be "organic" but its insides will be Monsanto.

Under the outrageous threat of "agricultural contamination everywhere" and using "food safety" as a weapon against the farmers actually producing our only safe food, Monsanto has used Hillary Clinton's connections in the state of New York and elsewhere to introduce bills that are literally fascist in their implications and by definition.

That the New York Times should be reporting the success of CSA just as these destructive bills from its own representatives are being introduced and the brainchild of its ex-Senator, is a glimpse of the extreme disconnect between urban elite and eager organic consumers, and the horrors occurring through the USDA and FDA to ensure that "organic" will be "organic" in name only, its farms and its food content thoroughly industrial.

This is similar to the underhanded move that Bill Clinton made during his administration when he introduced rBGH through an FDA headed by Monsanto and would not label it (farmers were being sued for honest labeling by Monsanto and the FDA didn't stop that). That left only organic food as a last way around unknown danger. But Bill tried to close that escape with new "organic" standards which included the dirty three: genetic engineering of plants/animals, food irradiation, and sewage sludge as fertilizer. The USDA backed down only after a public response 20 times greaterthan to anything before.

"Shortly before the end of the comment period, the nation's biotechnology leader, Monsanto, advised the USDA to back off temporarily on trying to include gene-altered products under the organic label for a three-year period and then to try again."

The plan has been transformed.  After years of suing farmers for honest labeling and trying to establish dishonest ones and pushing laws around the country to ban labeling altogether, a new approach is now being set in motion.  Rather than trying to co-opt the goodness of organic food by hiding the dangers of GMOs under an organic label or no labels, Monsanto is intending to take over all small farms including organic ones, control farmers into non-existence through sadistically inappropriate bureaucracy and regimes applied to a natural system (that is working well), through draconian penalties and fear of prison, and through forced application of industrial chemicals and drugs.

It's a better plan.  It either gets rid of the competition entirely (without confronting it directly) or it forces it to become a captive to Monsanto products.

One must give them credit for brilliance.  This is no open battle - tiger against newborn kitten - but a take over of the kitten's body by massive tapeworm.

This is whatNAISis about (utter take-over of functions and the weakening and death that will cause) and now the tapeworm is spreading out into all aspects of farming - vegetables, trees, ... everything normal is set to labeled, digitally fed into massive centralized data banks controlled by the government/Monsanto, and every thing will have to be recorded in minute detail. What seed of what variety from what company after what testing was planted on what day under which conditions on what row recorded where by GPS tracking, and received what chemicals in what amount from what company and how often and with what results and ....

This is fascism applied to farming.

Have any of you gone out to plant seeds, taking the seed packets from last year and some from this year, and put a few here and few there and home made marker to help you remember, enjoying being outside away from computers and paperwork and television and bills and all that things that produce stress? Just you and a few seeds and hope of what will happen.

That is freedom.  That is being in nature and it belongs to you, just as it did when you were little and enjoyed playing outside and getting dirty and being a normal child. That freedom and that love of nature is why farmers farm. It is hard work, it is incredibly hard work, but only they and nature control their time.  They look out after a hard winter and see the ground has thawed and there is break in the weather, know they need to spend the day planting seeds before it rains. All plans for other things must be put aside.  It's a deep companion thing between them and nature.

It is not an industrial thing. It is not a Monsanto thing.

Wonderful, real, caring hard-working farming groups around the country have been fighting for survival against NAIS - on no money, doing legal work themselves, doing documentaries themselves, working (one said) 23 hours a day for years now, while trying to run farms and raise families. You have no idea how brutal this has been for them.

These bill would turn our farmers into Monsanto controlled laborers on their own property, while mandating they purchase their products through federal law.

The industrial side is making us sick and responsible for contamination that spreads through out the food system - pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, steroids, heavy metals. But through Clinton's idea and the bills introduced by her friends, Monsanto and the rest of Big Ag (Cargill, ADM and the rest) are about to get away with the most astounding coup of American farming - using government to actually impose their sickness making industrial system on small farmers who are the ones producing the only health food we have.

This is why Vilsack, Monsanto's crony, was put in.  2009 is the date for locking things up.

They would not only be taking over the food supply but eliminating everything diverse and healthy through massive regulating of every single thing happening on farms - while they, the industrial side, is not even inspected and plays game with all labeling for themselves.  They are running the show and Monsanto is dragging down the whole economy and blocking any chance of a local, vibrant organic farming movement to exist.

As the New York Time article intimated, this is the change Obama talked about - and they are green jobs - being eliminated behind the scenes by Clinton, Vilsack and Monsanto.

A whole class of once free people are being taken over and made servants to the industrial system and even trapped sources of funds for it, controlling everything they do.

Here's what they do in all its hard work, love, wonder and ... freedom:

He gains valuable knowledge throughout the 5 month process to help him be a Goat breeder someday."

The New York Times has never written a single article on the National Animal Identification System (NAIS). The only story on NAIS they have written is a review of French movie by that name. And CSAs they just reported on would be fine and help lead this country out of a massive depression if all the bills out of New York and Ohio were trashed outright.

No, President Clinton, there is no "we."  Farmers know the government caused a human disaster (your "free trade" and opening India to Monsanto and the rest has been followed by 180,000 suicides by Indian farmers over the last ten years - but, oh, the profits to Monsanto). What farmers want is for government to stay out of small farming altogether.

Your words sound so contrite - admitting to a colossal blunder and talking about a more environmentally responsible, sustainable form of agriculture." But Monsanto is now using those same words "environmentally responsible," and "sustainable" and in a New Yorker ad, no less, and your "we" is just on to the next massive trick.

Just leave small farmers alone.  They know how to farm.  And customers are incredibly grateful for their good food.

Those regulations are fine. They are just insanely misapplied to the safest, least centralized, least dangerous part of farming - small local farmers.  But they are, though, absolutely perfect for Monsanto and industrial agriculture, multinational corporations which NEED to be massively re-regulated and tracked every minute of every day, and particularly including who their lobbyists visit in government.

But for our small farmers who we are losing the rate of 1000 a month, get the government the hell off their farms.  Get them the hell out from under all USDA regulations that in any way at all allow their own corporately corrupted government - now backed up by Homeland Security "surge capacity" strike forces - to threaten, control, register, track, seize, trespass, slaughter, or destroy anything that is theirs.

Remove small farming from NAIS and all federal regulations to do with contamination and food safety. Leave them to farm and simply pass tests by local INDEPENDENT labs.
