CODEX ALIMENTARIUS AND THE IDIOCRACY

Three years ago a film came out of Hollywood that was conceptually great even if the execution was fatally flawed. Called Idiocracy, this comedy follows the mishaps of a character named Joe Bowers who is not the sharpest tool in the shed, but who, through a government hibernation experiment gone wrong, awakens to a society in the year 2505 that has become so stupid because of mass commercialism that Joe shines as a genius in comparison. After a predictable series of mishaps, the point is clear: We are on the wrong track in pushing dumbed-down, ‘me too’ concepts and products. Society will only worsen, not improve.

Organic vs. Artificial

It is a lesson that modern-day fighters for individual liberty learned decades ago. In ensuring and protecting freedom for the individual, we create a better society. On a pragmatic level, individual liberty is a concept that sees the health and happiness of the parts as leading to the health of the whole – not the reverse. Put another way, individual liberty is organic – when not blocked artificially, it flows naturally and creates healthy relationships in an ever-expanding web of mutually-beneficial interactions among people.

On the other hand, much of today’s political and economic structure is not organic but artificial. It comes from the Top down, not the bottom up. It does not flow naturally, easily, and quickly but with artificial constraints that are marked by dissension, delays, and waste. It is, by nature, coercive. ‘You do what we say because you have to and at the ultimate point of a gun. You do not do it voluntarily.’

With this in mind, we can see that the larger structures being created or expanded in the 21st Century are not geared to preserving or even considering individual freedom. Rather, they are all about mass uniformity and commercialism in their worst forms. Whether it is the European Union or the still-in-utero North American Union, their object is the same: stifling individualism in favour of a collectivistic uniformity. Yes, of course, lip service will be paid to the individual with such hollow slogans as ‘Land of the Free, Home of the Brave’; but it is still the Whole consuming the Parts. It is still artificial, stiff, and unnatural.

Codex Alimentarius

For those readers not familiar with the Codex Alimentarius Commission, it is just one more of these mass-uniformity structures. Originally created in 1962 by the World Health Organization and the Food and Agriculture Organization with the noblest of stated intentions – that is, to protect consumer food health and eliminate barriers to international food trade – the Codex Alimentarius Commission has been engaged in developing food standards and guidelines that will be imposed from the Top down. Captured by interests antithetical to health freedom, Codex is now well on the path to promulgating food rules that will lead to ‘dumbed-down’ health – a kind of health Idiocracy – for individuals throughout the World.

That is precisely why the National Health Federation (NHF), an international nonprofit consumer health-freedom organization, has been sending me to these Codex committee meetings every year for ten years in a row now. Having obtained official Codex observer status, the NHF is able to attend and speak out at these meetings. It is also able to submit, and has submitted, written arguments in favor of health-freedom positions at many of these meetings. As the only health-freedom organization accredited by Codex, NHF has almost always been the lone voice striving to eliminate oppressive standards and guidelines while enhancing consumer freedom of choice. The other delegates and organizations at these meetings are basically FDA-style bureaucrats and trade organizations with their own special commercial interests and agendas.

In particular, NHF has opposed the Codex Vitamin and Mineral Food Supplement Guidelines that were adopted in framework form in 2004-2005, and that will limit access to healthy dietary supplements as well as ‘dumb down’ their potencies to non-beneficial levels. These maximum upper permitted limits have not yet been set. However, if the Germans, Danes and others have their way, then ridiculously-low limits will be imposed that will ensure that supplements pose no competition with their pharmaceutical industry. For example, the German Institute (BfR) that has conducted ‘research’ into this area has determined that niacin is dangerous to consumers at levels higher than 17 milligrams per capsule! This is the madness that they would impose upon the rest of us as they die from their drug-and-sausage-induced heart attacks. That is a party we have no intention of joining!

In another area, ironically enough, the EU and NHF have worked together at the Codex Committee on Food Labelling meetings to see that genetically-modified foods are labeled as such for the consumer. In this case, the North Americans, joined by the Argentineans, Australians, and New Zealanders, are the bad actors, contending, as the American delegate has said, that “the consumer is too ignorant to understand GM-labelled foods.” So far, this battle has been a draw but NHF has been aggressively vocal at each of these meetings arguing for the right of the consumer to know what he or she is eating.

Codex guidelines and standards cover many more subjects than those just mentioned. Ranging from oils and food additives to pesticides and natural mineral waters, Codex is involved. And while these standards are ostensibly to be applied to international trade, the Codex Strategic Plan specifically states – and almost all countries agree – that they will be applied domestically as well. It is just a matter of time, they say.

Bigger Is Not Always Better

In the European Union, which began innocently enough as nothing more than a Customs Union, decisions – important decisions – are increasingly made by the European Commission in Brussels. Each year, fewer and fewer decisions are being made in Dublin or London or Paris or Madrid. The natural tendency of governments and their institutions to grow over time is asserting itself, inexorably, like the laws of gravity and space. Power is being sucked in to the Center. It is being increasingly centralized.

And therein lies the major problem, for the more that you distance the power wielders from those over whom they exercise that power, the more corrupt and arrogant they will become and behave. It is ultimately about accountability, and you cannot have true accountability when the rulers are not immediately and directly 

accountable to the citizens.

The problem with the latest attempt to accumulate even more power in the hands of the EU Superstate, through the Lisbon Treaty, is that the rulers and the ruled will become even more distant from one another than they already are! Centralization of power is the bane of freedom. As rulers become less accountable to their subjects – or citizens – they will become more corrupt and more likely to do harm.

But as unlikely as it may seem now, there is another, more important reason to shun centralization: Increased concentration of power attracts sociopaths to it like flames attract moths. Such power in one place is irresistible to those who crave it. This is hard for the average decent person to comprehend, but sociopaths do exist and they do gravitate towards power. A more powerful Brussels will be an even stronger magnet for the future power-mongers of the World. Do we really need to invite another Hitler or Stalin to rain ruin down upon us?

The Banality of Centralization

While some might scoff at a future EU dictator in the same way that the Germans scoffed at a Nazi Germany in the 1920s, even the scoffers must accept the very real risk – I would say certainty – that a more powerful and centralized European Union will result in the banality of life – its ‘dumbing down’ as political, economic, and social life is forced into an artificial, bureaucratically-crafted mold of European uniformity. 

This is already taking place. The heavy hand of distant bureaucrats is felt throughout the EU’s member states over the littlest of details – from weights and measures to employee relations to vitamin and mineral food supplements. Think of any aspect of your life in the European Union and the EU Superstate is involved at some level. Again, distant bureaucrats making important decisions about your life.

Codex and the EU

This, too, is where the worlds of the EU and Codex intersect. Unknown to the average citizen, the Codex Commission and Committees are trundling along, each year, making rule after rule that its member countries, the EU included, are expected to adopt – both in international trade and domestic trade. There are treaties and agreements that exist right now that commit the member states to adopting these Codex ‘guidelines.’ These include, but are not limited to, the Technical Barriers to Trade and the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Agreements, and the EU is a signatory to both of these.

At Codex meetings, the EU representative has been pushing his narrow view that consumers must be protected from vitamin and mineral food supplements. They are too strong in potency and there are too many ‘unproven’ ones, he claims, so they must be ‘dumbed down’ to a level that will be of no benefit to anyone except to the pharmaceutical companies whose profits are protected by the elimination of competition. The EU representative at the Codex Committee dealing with this issue has immense influence; and I have even seen him giving instructions to the Committee Chairman right in front of the other delegates during the meeting. That is how bold it has become!

So the EU Superstate – claiming all the while that it of course has the best interests of the consumers in mind – is pushing reduced potency and variety of supplements within the EU and internationally through Codex. Within the EU, Ireland, Britain, Sweden, and the Netherlands (being the most liberal countries, permitting the sale of a wider variety and higher potency of supplements) will be the first to fall (at the end of this year through EU Food Supplements Directive – not because of Codex as some misinformed persons will tell you), to be followed later at some as-yet-to-be-determined date by global Codex rules. The United States and Canada, represented as they are by food bureaucrats of their own, are happy enough to be along for the ride.

Unless resisted successfully, the end result will be EU markets full of foods that are less healthy without the availability of food supplements to bridge the gap. The Idiocracy will have arrived – literally – as the general population is starved of real nutrition for their brains and bodies. A compliant, non-rebellious citizenry, what more could our distant Rulers ask for?

WHO Issues H1N1 Swine Flu Propaganda Saying BigPharma Is Testing “Mock” Viruses In Vaccines

The World Health Organization (WHO) is spreading propaganda like the flu to convince people new, genetically engineered, live “mock” influenza viruses in vaccines are safe.

PRLog (Press Release) – Sep 06, 2009 – Following news that more than half the world’s health professionals will refuse vaccinations this fall, the WHO issued a directive to governments to reassure people the new flu vaccines, still being tested, are “safe.” A major U.S. media blitz followed featuring Barack Obama telling Americans to get vaccinated, and network broadcasts maligning vaccination opponents. 

“From the White House to Oprah.com, H1N1 swine flu vaccine promoters and promotions, costing taxpayers tens of millions of dollars, are serving ‘BigPharma’ advancing a genocidal agenda,” reports public health expert and media analyst, Dr. Leonard Horowitz. “Dismissing harmful vaccine side effects that may sicken millions of people following injections of immune-system intoxicating chemicals, heavy metals, viral proteins, and foreign genetic materials reflects gross criminal malfeasance,” he says. 

A WHO expert committee defended its global vaccination program writing, “Special safety issues will inevitably arise . . . when vaccine is administered on a massive scale,” but “manufacturers have conducted advance studies using a so-called ‘mock-up’ vaccine.” 

Mock-up vaccines are made from live genetically-engineered viruses that spread like the flu after injection. So the threatening pandemic may include genetic parts, and whole new viruses, from these new laboratory produced pathogens. 

“Mock-up vaccines contain an active ingredient for an influenza virus that has not circulated recently in human populations and thus mimics the novelty of a pandemic virus,” the WHO wrote. 

“For all we know, deadly avian and Spanish flu viruses unearthed by vaccine companies is ‘mocked-up’in these vaccines,” Dr. Horowitz commented. “You literally need ‘national security clearance’ to get the full ingredients list.” 

This ‘mock-up’ ingredient is being used, WHO officials explained, to “greatly expedite regulatory approval” of the vaccines that will not be tested for long-term side effects, including cancer and autoimmune diseases, since millions of people are urged to receive the vaccines by fall. 

“In other words,” Dr. Horowitz explains, “Rockefeller family holdings that analysts call ‘BigPharma’ have activated Rupert Murdoch’s media to get people inoculated, intoxicated, and exterminated.” 

Dr. Horowitz, a Harvard University trained emerging diseases expert and world-leading critic of drug industry-influenced government cites NBC’s Dateline as proof. 

On August 30th, “A Dose of Controversy” aired to discredit those who say that vaccines are risky. NBC featured dishonored Lancet author Dr. Andrew Wakefield who published possible links between skyrocketing rates of autism in children and the MMR vaccine. 

“By exclusively targeting Dr. Wakefield, an MMR vaccine industry competitor,” Dr. Horowitz wrote NBC’s Executive Producer, David Corvo (david.corvo@nbc.com 212-664-4850), “ your program completely neglected the growing majority of health professionals who believe all vaccines pose serious risks, are often deadly, and are grossly inferior to advancing silver hydrosols in safety and efficacy. Every interviewee in ‘Dose of Controversy’ favored vaccines, degrading your program to sheer propaganda, and evidencing NBC’s prostitution for the drug cartel.” 

NBC obviously generates mega-bucks advertising drugs. “So the kettle called Wakefield black for filing a vaccine patent of his own, and taking $750K to represent families of autistic children in courts. The network, like mainstream media in general, was as objective as cats telling rats to beware of mouse traps,” Dr. Horowitz chides. 

NBC’s dirty work was done by Dr. Paul Offit, a vaccine patent holder whose name tells more about his lethal operations than did NBC. Brian Deer, a British journalist that The Sunday Times used to attack Wakefield, was Offit’s co-star. 

NBC neglected to report The Times of London makes more money from advertising drugs than any British periodical, while its owner, Rupert Murdoch, is David Rockefeller’s co-chairman in Partnership for New York City PNYC. The PNYC engages The New York City Bioscience Initiative (http:// www.nycbiotech.org) with many collaborating companies engaged in vaccine research and development. 

The New York Times is also owned by Murdoch, who sits on the board of directors of Associated Press, that Dr. Horowitz has exposed as a virtual mouthpiece for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The CIA, that oversees all infectious disease agencies in the U.S. according to the Washington Post, evolved from the Office for Strategic Services (OSS) directed by the Rockefellers and associates largely controlling health science today. The UN's WHO was established by the Rockefeller family’s foundation in 1948--the year after the same Rockefeller cohort established the CIA. Two years later the Rockefeller Foundation established the U.S. Government's National Science Foundation, the National Institute of Health (NIH), and earlier, the nation’s Public Health Service (PHS). 

In the United States, the NIH, PHS, and the AAP have incestuous relationships with BigPharma in denying mercury toxicity, minimizing vaccination risks, and promoting vaccination policies. 

Dr. Offit, a prideful spokesman for the AAP, and co-inventor of the rotavirus vaccine, claims he “saves 2,000 children a day.” In “Dose of Controversy,” he made no mention of his substantial financial support from the Rockefeller Foundation that funds the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI). 

NBC failed to disclose Offit’s leadership in AAP that, along with the Rockefeller Foundation, is exempt from disclosing financial ties to Offit and other vaccine researchers and patent holders.(http://www.ucop.edu/research/policies/exempt.html) 

Nor did NBC disclose how many children Offit’s vaccine kills daily from toxic side effects of heavy metals, harsh chemicals, autoimmune disease-generating proteins, and carcinogenic genes from viruses used to make his vaccine. He could not offer this information because health officials grossly neglect collecting and disseminating of this data. 

NBC also neglected the AAP’s role in covering up the Verstraeten et al. 2000 report—a CDC-sponsored study that slam-dunked vaccine mercury as definitively linked to neurobehavioral disorders in children. (http://www.safeminds.org/research/library/20010229.pdf ) This blue-ribbon panel of government experts’ findings were initially suppressed; then significantly modified before publication, so the AAP and Offit can conveniently claim no evidence links mercury to autism. 

“A Dose of Controversy” gave only the slightest passing mention of this most controversial topic in vaccine history--Thimerosal mercury. By the time children receive all 36 vaccines that Dr. Offit and the AAP recommends, it is now known that children’s bodies contain more mercury than allowed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)—a “toxic dose.” 

A lasting image of controlled opposition in “Dose of Controversy,” Dr. Horowitz remarks, was NBC’s showing celebrities Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey marching for “Green Vaccines.” 

“How do you ‘green’ weapons of mass destruction like nerve gas, nuclear bombs, or ‘mock-up’ vaccines that spread unnatural pandemics of cancer and flu?” Dr. Horowitz asks, stunned by the genocidal aspects of vaccinations spreading diseases like AIDS and Guillain-Barre. 

“The WHO is now telling us to accept releases of ‘mock viruses’--live new strains of H1N1, and other laboratory engineered bioweapons. This is all done in the name of ‘public health’ and infection prevention--precisely why concentration camp victims during WWII consented to take ‘showers.’” 

“The mass mind is awakening to rejecting vaccinations,” he says optimistically. “It’s a great day for humanity when BigPharma’s ‘sacred cow’ is buried like its billion victims.”

Refusing vaccination labels you a “criminal”, so says WHO

For those of you who didn't grasp the importance of the information in this essay, I'm adding my 2 cents. Please read, especially these words...The WHO determined in 2005 it has the authority to dissolve sovereign governments and take control should there be a “pandemic”. In case you missed it...The U.S., Canada, and Mexico are the foreign governments they are dissolving and reorganizing into a North American Union, this "Union" being administrative in nature...meaning THE PEOPLE HAVE NO SAY OR VOTE in any matters concerning this "Union". Any decisions/laws made for you by these administrative powers are global decisions and will trump ALL local, state, and national laws just as it is in the EU. THIS IS THE REAL REASON FOR THIS ENGINEERED NON-PANDEMIC!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE, YOU ARE BEING TAKEN PRISONER AGAINST YOUR WILL!!!

The World Health Organization determined in 2005 it has the authority to dissolve sovereign governments and take control should there be a “pandemic”. This applies to any country signed onto WHO….which of course we are. The WHO just raised this non-existent pandemic to level 4.

From the WHO 2005 declaration: (excerpted) “ Under special pandemic plans enacted around the world including the USA, in 2005, national governments are to be dissolved in the event of a pandemic emergency and replaced by special crisis committees, which take charge of the health and security infrastructure of a country, and which are answerable to the WHO and EU in Europe and to the WHO and UN in North America.

If the Model Emergency Health Powers Act is implemented on the instructions of WHI, it will be a criminal offence for Americans to refuse the vaccine. Police are allowed to use deadly force against “criminal” suspects. Here are ten key points associated with MSEHPA:

Under the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, upon the declaration of a “public health emergency,” governors and public health officials would be empowered to:

Force individuals suspected of harboring an “infectious disease” to undergo medical examinations.

Track and share an individual’s personal health information, including genetic information.

Force persons to be vaccinated, treated, or quarantined for infectious diseases.

Mandate that all health care providers report all cases of persons who harbor any illness or health condition that may be caused by an epidemic or an infectious agent and might pose a “substantial risk” to a “significant number of people or cause a long-term disability.” (Note: Neither “substantial risk” nor “significant number” are defined in the draft.)

Force pharmacists to report any unusual or any increased prescription rates that may be caused by epidemic diseases.

Preempt existing state laws, rules and regulations, including those relating to privacy, medical licensure, and–this is key–property rights.

Control public and private property during a public health emergency, including pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, nursing homes, other health care facilities, and communications devices.

Mobilize all or any part of the “organized militia into service to the state to help enforce the state’s orders.” Ration firearms, explosives, food, fuel and alcoholic beverages, among other commodities.

Impose fines and penalties to enforce their orders.

So there you have it. You are now officially to be declared a criminal if you refuse the vaccine and deadly force can be used against you if you resist. And to think, not only did our federal government agree to this abomination, it was also successful in getting the same laws passed in most states. I will be revisiting this list of powers in a subsequent article as it relates to the coming “healthcare reform”, and other odious pieces of legislation being devised.

This gives me pause to consider this: Could the so-called healthcare reform that the government claims must be done right away, right now, quickly, immediately….no time to waste be tied somehow to this WHO declaration? Hmmmm. I smell a really big rat!

Those pesky FEMA drills…part of a plan?

I am wary of this FEMA drill that is taking place not only for the obvious reasons….but its close proximity to the planned forced vaccinations scheduled to be mandated early this fall. Our own government has expressed its intent to forcibly vaccinate school children as a starter. By all means…..target the most vulnerable first. (Take that any way you like.)

On MSM last evening it was reported that young people between the ages of 19 and 24 are for some reason most susceptible to this lab created virus. I find this curious as this segment of the population is generally the healthiest. Since the “swine” flu has been so thoroughly exposed as lab created they are now just simply calling it the N1 whatever flu. Apparently this first test run of what was supposed to be a global pandemic couldn’t get off the ground: it didn’t spread as was hoped. Of course the same thing happened with SARS and the Bird Flu…..Those didn’t work so now we get the “Swine Flu”, or the N1 Whatever Flu”. Strange how all these flu’s showed up after they dug up bodies from mass graves to see if they really did die from the flu epidemic in 1918. The new and improved version of this virus is now what we are calling N1 Whatever Flu.

 Here’s what I believe is about to happen:

A created strain of flu is going to be set loose in selected areas to begin with.  As I believe thousands are going to fall ill simultaneously it will be the fear factor needed to bring thousands more in for what they believe is a vaccine that will save them.  Those that want to self-quarantine, or who simply refuse the vaccines, will either be incarcerated in FEMA camps or otherwise disposed.  The vaccines which have not been tested for safety or effectiveness can and will cause harm to many of those receiving the shots, but will be off limits to lawsuits for harm caused. This will force thousands more in for the vaccinations, out of fear, which are loaded with toxins and pathogens seeking to save themselves from forced incarceration or worse. At some point in this, we will find out that the foreign troops who supposedly only participated in a mock drill, are not only still here on our soil, but their numbers have multiplied.

Martial law will be declared using the unilateral authority granted the president under the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007, which allows the president to declare an emergency “even if he is the only person to perceive one”. Foreign troops lack the natural inhibition our own military has about firing on US citizens…that’s why they are here. I do not believe this is a mock drill. I think it is actually the planned strategic placement of foreign troops within the US for an anticipated and planned event.

 The vented three story rail cars which are claimed to be nothing more than haulers for large SUV type vehicles would come in really handy here. Foreign troops and military equipment could be moved further into the country and put in place without anyone ever knowing they were there until they were needed. Besides, I don’t know of any car haulers that need that much targeted ventilation: humans on the other just might.

I feel that there will be several catastrophic events from about mid-August to the end of October and maybe into November somewhat. At the end of this period, after the American public has been frightened to death, everything will begin coalescing and will culminate at the end of the year.

In the interim: will we see the deaths of thousands upon thousands of American’s and other peoples around the world, if not millions?

 I was curious as to why the WHO would move this flu into a pandemic (phase 4) category when there was no evidence that it was pandemic. 

(Two weeks ago, WHO advised nations to stop testing for H1N1 and instead to report trends of flu like symptoms.)  H1N1 has been very mild, according to the WHO:

“This pandemic has been characterized, to date, by the mildness of symptoms in the overwhelming majority of patients, who usually recover, even without medical treatment, within a week of the onset of symptoms.” 

Then came the predictions from our government that the “flu” would probably become much worse this fall. This indicates to me that a new and more virulent strain has been developed and is set to be turned loose. I base this on the evidence that the flu was lab created and would not have occurred naturally combining four unrelated dna strains……the statements by the CDC that they had a vaccine within three weeks of the “outbreak”…..knowing that seed stock for vaccines takes at least 12 weeks to develop and several more weeks to mass produce……and the orders during the last year of the Bush Crime Administration for Tamiflu which supposedly is the cure or prevention for a flu which didn’t exist at the time, at least not publicly.

Whatever has been in the works for several years, if not for decades is about to come to fruition. Grab your butts! This is going to be one bumpy ride!

First Swine Flu Shots Will Not Be Safety Tested: Targeted are Infants, Toddlers, School-age Children, and Pregnant Women

Hmmm...that's exactly what it is...an ASSUMED pandemic, because a pandemic doesn't really exist...YET!! The vaccination itself contains the LIVE (attenuated) virus, which will in essence be the REAL cause of a pandemic...and ENGINEERED PANDEMIC just like the one in 1918 and 1976!!

On Friday, the National Biodefense Science Board met in emergency session to work on issues surrounding the H1N1 flu pandemic.  They reviewed the report of their working group, "H1N1 COUNTERMEASURES STRATEGY AND DECISION-MAKING:  A REPORT" [HERE], in order to provide input on it before it is sent to the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices who makes final recommendations to Kathleen Sebelius on what the response to the outbreak should be.

They are working off of several key ASSUMPTIONS:

Novel H1N1 viruses will continue to circulate.
A second wave is likely to occur, as soon as fall 2009. Best estimates suggest that infection rates will be 2‐3 times higher than expected with seasonal influenza. The second wave could peak in October, but we must anticipate onset as early as September.
Attack rates will continue to be highest in children and young adults.
Hospitalizations and deaths will continue to be concentrated among children and younger adults with underlying medical conditions.
Children will continue to act as an amplifier to community spread of the virus.
Severity will continue to be similar to or somewhat greater than the current wave but the number of cases will be substantially larger.
Catastrophic disruption of societal function, as anticipated in some planning scenarios for a severe pandemic, is unlikely.

Waiting for a full characterization of the immunologic properties of candidate vaccines with extensive studies, and doing studies in series would result in the H1N1 vaccine not being available until late fall.
Having vaccine only after the peak may be worse than having no vaccine at all: it incurs all of the risk and cost with no potential benefit. Licensed vaccines, or vaccines similar to licensed products, will be most acceptable at the beginning of the next epidemic wave.
Safety of the vaccines, both real and perceived, will shape risk‐benefit calculations and acceptance. This will be true for both public health officials applying a collective perspective, and for individuals deciding whether to be vaccinated.
Decisions about vaccine formulation must be made rapidly on the basis of available data. Strategies can and should be changed as more data become available, but we cannot wait beyond mid‐August if vaccine is to be in supply by mid‐September.
The Biomedical Advanced Research & Development Authority (BARDA) strategic goal of being able to produce vaccine for all 300 million Americans within 6 months of declaration of a pandemic is an appropriate goal for capacity. However, it is not the same as the strategic goal for dealing with a specific pandemic.

Much of their probable agenda has already been publicly discussed, but here are a list of the board's current stance on vaccine issues. from page 5 of the report:

Goals and Principles:

A critical goal is to have some monovalent novel H1N1 vaccine available by mid‐September 2009, should it be needed. This goal can take advantage of the decades of experience with other H1N1 subunit vaccines, typically at a 15‐mcg dose.
Begin with the goal of targeting a small amount of the vaccine to a small group where it will do the most good. To the extent possible, this should be driven by sound epidemiologic data.
This likely means focusing on infants, toddlers, school‐age children, pregnant women, and adults with risk factors applicable to novel H1N1 virus. Manufacturing of vaccine for additional cohorts of the US population and the world should proceed, but without interfering with the goals listed above.
Safety monitoring must be in place before novel H1N1 vaccination begins, and have the sensitivity, power, and speed to detect signals and determine causal relations in a timely manner to aid policy and communication.
HHS should remind States and local health departments that durable record‐keeping of who receives the vaccine (preferably in electronic format) is an essential component of local implementation plans.
HHS should consider recommending school‐based immunization delivery for children for logistical simplicity.
Decision‐making should remain flexible, based on clearly articulated principles and scientific evidence, and should be transparent.

Of the greatest concern to me was this portion of the paper:

If the United States Government (USG) wants to have novel H1N1 vaccine available in September 2009, it should pursue a simplified testing program to achieve that goal. Additional studies may be appropriate for additional supplies in subsequent months, but time of availability seems to be the dominant criterion for vaccine decision making.
Decades of experience with A/H1N1 influenza viruses provide a basis for selecting initial antigen quantities and dosing. If the US goal is vaccine availability on the shelf in September 2009, 15‐mcg unadjuvanted subunit vaccine and live attenuated intranasal vaccine for children may be a rational approach.
 If the second wave is delayed or production is slower than expected, mix‐and‐match studies of vaccine plus separate adjuvant may yield information that may stretch the available vaccine supply.

During the discussion, it was decided that the board would not only recommend having the first doses of the vaccine ready by September 15th, that they would shoot for September 1.  However since the clinical trials of the vaccines will begin just this week, the studies will not be completed by the time manufacturing decisions must be made in order to meet the September deadline.

So it was decided to recommend that the first few tens of millions of doses be formulated and produced BEFORE the results of the clinical trials are in.  After the trials are completed, they will then have the option to go back and make changes to the vaccine.  It sounded like the second round of vaccine would be expected at the end of October, but they were not completely clear on that.

This means that members of the public who are vaccinated with the H1N1 flu shot in September and likely October will be receiving an untested vaccine.  (Note that these will most likely be children, infants and pregnant women).

This seems contrary to the statement that Kathleen Sebelius made on the "Meet The Press" this week when she said:

"We're on track to have a vaccine ready by mid-October. We need to make sure it's safe, and so clinical trials will begin. And we need to make sure it's, it's effective against this new novel strain. So that's what's happening in the meantime. And if the scientists say it's a go, by mid-October we will have a vaccine available and start with the priority communities."

Scientists are already saying "go" and the people will have no such assurances that it will work, or be safe, when it is first administered.

The National Biodefense Science Board [HERE] will be meeting at least once a month for the next six months as this plan evolves.  By law all meetings must be open to the public, and they are being teleconferenced.  I encourage our community to be listening in and providing public comment and questions.

Among the many topics mentioned in this volume, I was revealing the ineffectiveness and dangers of vaccination. At that time, I was a practicing physician in Quebec, Canada, under the name of Ghislaine Lanctôt, and the owner of numerous medical clinics. Because of my professional status, my words weighed significantly in the public eye. The Medical Board’s reaction was immediate and strong. Its leaders demanded that I resign as a physician. I answered that I would do so as long as they could prove that what I had written was false. The Medical Board replied with a call
for my expulsion.

An 11 day trial followed (1995), where I appeared without any lawyer. The arguments rested mainly on vaccination. As I witnessed the disproportionate reaction of the Medical Board, I realized that, for the health establishment, the subject of vaccination was taboo. Unknowingly, I had opened a Pandora’s box. I discovered that, despite official claims, vaccines have nothing to do with public health. Underneath the governmental stamp of approval, there are deep military, political and industrial interests.

Throughout the trial, the Medical Board brought many physicians as public health “experts”.

During the cross-examination of one of these, Dr. Richard Massé, I used an episode from the March 11th, 1979, 60 Minutes TV show from CBS, which was given to me privately by a supporter. This episode talked about the tragic and massive vaccination in USA during the 1976 swine flu outbreak (see link at the top). None of the physicians who were present during the trial took this information seriously. Amazing!

Since this trial, these same physicians have continued their career in public health, and now hold honourable positions. They are the very ones who are pushing the public toward a new world-wide epidemic. This A(H1N1) pandemic is concocted and orchestrated by the WHO (World Health Organization), and serves the same military, political and industrial interests as those of 1976. Have these physicians lost their memory, or were they serving those interests right from the beginning?

I am emerging from a long silence on the subject of vaccination, because I feel that, this time, the stakes involved are huge. The consequences may spread much further than anticipated.

Here are the most important ones:

- Compulsory inoculation of vaccines containing a deadly virus;
- Massive and targeted reduction of the world population;
- Through vaccines, possible introduction of tiny microchips for mind control;
- Establishment of martial law and police state;
- Activation of the concentration camps built to accommodate the rebellious;
- Transfer of power from all nations to a single United Nations government;
- Fulfilment of the NWO (New World Order).

Journalist Files Charges against WHO and UN for Bioterrorism and Intent to Commit Mass Murder

(NaturalNews) As the anticipated July release date for Baxter's A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine approaches, an Austrian investigative journalist is warning the world that the greatest crime in the history of humanity is underway. Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.

Summary of claims and allegations filed with FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009

In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This group has annexed high government offices in the U.S.

Specifically, evidence is presented that the defendants, Barack Obama, President of the U.S, David Nabarro, UN System Coordinator for Influenza, Margaret Chan, Director-General of WHO, Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services, Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, David de Rotschild, banker, David Rockefeller, banker, George Soros, banker, Werner Faymann, Chancellor of Austria, and Alois Stoger, Austrian Health Minister, among others, are part of this international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the U.S. and other countries for financial and political gain.

The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. They did this by bioengineering and then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the "bird flu" virus and the "swine flu virus" in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program which would be the means of administering a toxic biological agent to cause death and injury to the people of the U.S. This action is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act.

Burgermeister's charges include evidence that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter International, deliberately sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus, supplied by the WHO in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four counties. She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.

In her April charges, she noted that Baxter's lab in Austria, one of the supposedly most secure biosecurity labs in the world, did not adhere to the most basic and essential steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified as a bioweapon secure and separate from all other substances under stringent biosecurity level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed with the ordinary human flu virus and sent from its facilities in Orth in the Donau.

In February, when a staff member at BioTest in the Czech Republic tested the material meant for candidate vaccines on ferrets, the ferrets died. This incident was not followed up by any investigation from the WHO, EU, or Austrian health authorities. There was no investigation of the content of the virus material, and there is no data on the genetic sequence of the virus released.

In answer to parliamentary questions on May 20th, the Austrian Health Minister, Alois Stoger, revealed that the incident had been handled not as a biosecurity lapse, as it should have been, but as an offence against the veterinary code. A veterinary doctor was sent to the lab for a brief inspection.

Burgermeister's dossier reveals that the release of the virus was to be an essential step for triggering a pandemic that would allow the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She lists the laws and decrees that would allow the UN and WHO to take over the United States in the event of pandemic. In addition, legislation requiring compliance with mandatory vaccinations would be put into force in the U.S. under conditions of pandemic declaration.

She charges that the entire "swine flu" pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population. She presents evidence leading to the belief that the bird flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by the WHO and other government agencies, among others. This "swine flu" is a hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and part bird flu, something that can only come from laboratories according to many experts.

WHO's claim that this "swine flu" is spreading and a pandemic must be declared ignores the fundamental causes. The viruses that were released were created and released with the help of WHO, and WHO is overwhelmingly responsible for the pandemic in the first place. In addition, the symptoms of the supposed "swine flu" are indistinguishable from regular flu or from the common cold. The "swine flu" does not cause death anymore often than the regular flu causes death.

Burgermeister notes that the figures for deaths reported for the "swine flu" are inconsistent and there is no clarity as to how the number of "deaths" has been documented.

There is no pandemic potential unless mass vaccinations are carried out to weaponize the flu under the guise of protecting the population. There are reasonable grounds for believing that the mandatory vaccines will be purposely contaminated with diseases that are specifically designed to cause death.

Reference is made to a licensed Novartis bird flu vaccine that killed 21 homeless people in Poland in the summer of 2008 and had as its "primary outcome measure" an "adverse events rate", thereby meeting the U.S. government's own definition of a bioweapon (a biological agent designed to cause an adverse events rate, i.e death or injury) with a delivery system (injection).

She alleges that the same complex of international pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies that have developed and released pandemic material have positioned themselves to profit from triggering the pandemic with contracts to supply vaccines. Media controlled by the group that is engineering the "swine flu" agenda is spreading misinformation to lull the people of the U.S. into taking the dangerous vaccine.

The people of the U.S. will suffer substantial and irreparable harm and injury if they are forced to take this unproven vaccine without their consent in accordance with the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, National Emergency Act, National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51, Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20, and the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza.

In the U.S. since 2008, Burgermeister charges that those named in her allegations have implemented new and/or accelerated the implementation of laws and regulations designed to strip the citizens of the U.S. of their lawful constitutional rights to refuse an injection. These people have created or allowed provisions to remain in place that make it a criminal act to refuse to take an injection against pandemic viruses. They have imposed other excessive and cruel penalties such as imprisonment and/or quarantine in FEMA camps while barring the citizens of the U.S. from claiming compensation from injury or death from the forced injections. This is in violation of the laws governing federal corruption and the abuse of office as well as of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Through these actions, the named defendants have laid the groundwork for mass genocide.

Using the "swine flu" as a pretext, the defendants have preplanned the mass murder of the U.S. population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identified mass grave sites, and they have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the U.S. to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.

She further charges that the complex of pharmaceutical companies consisting of Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi Aventis are part of a foreign-based dual purpose bioweapons program, financed by this international criminal syndicate and designed to implement mass murder to reduce the world's population by more than 5 billion people in the next ten years. Their plan is to spread terror to justify forcing people to give up their rights, and to force mass quarantine in FEMA camps. The houses, companies and farms and lands of those who are killed will be up for grabs by this syndicate.

By eliminating the population of North America, the international elite gain access to the region's natural resources such as water and undeveloped oil lands. And by eliminating the U.S. and its democratic constitution by subsuming it under a North American Union, the international crime group will have total control over North America.

Jane Burgermeister is a dual Irish/Austrian who has written for Nature, the British Medical Journal, and American Prospect. She is the European Correspondent of the Renewable Energy World website. She has written extensively about climate change, biotechnology, and the ecology.

In addition to the charges currently under investigation that she filed against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology in April, she has filed charges against WHO and Baxter among others concerning a case of exploding "swine flu" vials meant for a research lab on a busy IC train in Switzerland.

In her view, control of the media by the ruling elite has allowed the world crime syndicate to further its agenda unabated while the rest of the people remain in the dark about what is really going on. Her charges are an attempt to get around this media control and bring the truth to light.

Her greatest concern is that "in spite of the fact Baxter has been caught red handed nearly triggering pandemic, they are also moving ahead, together with allied pharma companies, with supplying the vaccine for pandemics." Baxter is hurrying to get this vaccine to market some time in July.

22 years on, Welsh farms still under Chernobyl shadow

UP to 359 Welsh farms are still operating under restrictions imposed in the wake of Chernobyl, more than two decades after the Soviet nuclear plant went into meltdown.

The Food Standards Agency Wales revealed the figure before today’s 22nd anniversary of the largest nuclear accident in history.

Upland farms in Wales were caught out by unfortunate circumstances in the wake of the disaster. Heavy rain washed radioactive material from clouds onto fields.

The radiation is absorbed from the soil by plants, which are then eaten by sheep.

For the hundreds of Welsh farmers still living with Chernobyl’s legacy, the restrictions mean their animals are only allowed to enter the food chain after rigorous safety tests.

Vice-president of the Farmers’ Union of Wales (FUW) Glyn Roberts, who works National Trust land at Ysbyty Ifan, near Betws-y-Coed, Conwy, is one of those still grappling with the restrictions.

Mr Roberts has two farms – Dylasau Uchaf spread over 220 acres of hillside and the much- larger Trawnant in the mountains.

The 850-acre Trawnant is subject to the Chernobyl restrictions while his hill farm is exempt.

As a result, if animals are moved between the two habitats, they must be strictly monitored.

In fact, Mr Roberts, 50, needs permission from Assembly Government agriculture officials to switch animals between the two locations. “In September and October, when I bring the sheep down from the mountain to the hill farm, I have to paint a red mark on them,” he said. “When there’s a red mark on the sheep, the Welsh Assembly Government comes to count them and they cannot be used for human consumption.”

Mr Roberts, and all other Welsh farmers subject to the restrictions, have to make a request to Assembly officials if they want painted sheep to enter the food chain.

Only if shown to be safe following radiation testing are the animals declared fit for human consumption. If they are shown to have more 1,000 becquerels per kilogram, they cannot enter the food chain.

A compensation scheme sees them receive £1.30 every time a lamb has to be re-tested. Farmers can opt to do this if the animals are recorded at more than 1,000 becquerels by an initial test.

But Mr Roberts said the £1.30 figure has not changed since the scheme was introduced more than two decades ago. He said one positive aspect of the restrictions is that Welsh lamb has an unparalleled reputation for safety.

The Chernobyl Children’s Lifeline organises holidays here for affected youngsters. Ann Sage and her husband Dave, both members, say a trip to Wales can add two years to the life of a child from Belarus.

Mrs Sage, 49, from Bridgend, said: “Just seeing them enjoying life so much while they’re here is so rewarding.”
